AMP issue with Avada/Fusion builder

Hi, I have integrated AMP Plugin with the latest version on the test site, but it looks like the AMP is not loading the blog detail page properly [ https://i.imgur.com/phc28PE.png ].
The site uses an Avada theme with fusion builder and it seems the Avada/Fusion CSS is not loading properly when I try to access the AMP version of the page and it shows header/menu area broken [ https://i.imgur.com/yBVzVRG.jpg ], however, the body and footer area looks fine [ Body: https://i.imgur.com/pqhNqCn.png | Footer: https://i.imgur.com/dg1cBjj.png ]
Is it because the Avada theme is consuming a high volume of CSS and that goes beyond the AMP CSS limit of 75KB? [ https://imgur.com/a/5hLqNv7 ] If so, what can I do here to get this fix? Any thoughts?
