AMP menu not working

    I use the Colormag theme on my site. However, in the AMP version, the menu and search icons do not work. I wrote a ticket about theme support before. However, they said it would fix the problem with future updates. Although there were two updates after the ticket I wrote, the problem was not solved.

    Can I fix the problem by tampering with the code or installing a plugin?

  • Thanks for reaching out. We’ve provided a solution based on another users support topic for Colormag. Can you download this compatibility extension as a zip file before uploading and activating as a regular WordPress plugin?

    We’re also going to be improving existing documentation on the plugin website in relation to assisting users with JavaScript based navigation menus when using non AMP compatible themes, with some steps on how to use amp-bind and also steps using a compatibility plugin.
