AMP page redirecting to normal http page

Hi,
I am having a problem that the AMP page is redirecting to the normal http page.
For example, if the link is like this: https://www.tecnologiaegadgets.com/erro-491-google-play-store-como-resolver/3297/amp there is no problem and and the AMP page loads normally.
But if the link is like this https://www.tecnologiaegadgets.com/erro-491-google-play-store-como-resolver/3297/amp/ (with the “/” in the end) the page redirects to the normal http page.
Because Google has indexed the pages of my website with the “/” in the end, my webmasters tools shows a lot of error.
How can I solve this problem?
I only need that the pages with the “/” in the end load the AMP version as expected.Thanks in advance for the help,

Most strange – the wrong redirection is now occurring for me. Last night it did the same thing but when I swapped browser it worked fine. I then went back to the initial safari browser and it also worked. It then continued to work as it should.
I think you may have a caching issue or at least something in your .htaccess that is causing the behaviour. Try deactivate W3 total cache and see if it still does it. One potential issue is you are using permalinks without the / on the end. Something is getting twisted. I notice

produce the same page.
First of all it is not likely to be the issue but I believe google requires AMP pages to be https.
You have weirdness occurring with your permalinks.
My suggestion deactivate wp for amp, then deactivate W3 total cache. Re-save your permalinks.

If you put the other one in it should redirect to the / version.
That may be the root of the problem. Use a simple .htacess to test too –

If this is cool then reactivate W3 total cache but perhaps try some simpler settings to begin with.
As an aside both your urls have the canonical with a / on the end. So do all your links in the menu and so does the structured data attributes which define urls for maintentities.

All appears well. Google will find your AMP pages and if good enough will index them.

What setting do you have for your permalinks? Are you using /postname/ or are you using a custom permalink setting? Try using /postname/ and let us know.
Try using just /postname/ as the permalink and see what happens (i.e. Don’t use the custom permalink setting at all). This is the set up most people are likely to be using.
Every time I go to your site I get a slightly different behaviour. Turn off W3 Total cache because that can only confuse things. Turn it on when things are working properly.
The nomral url is now correctly redirecting to / but it wasn’t this morning. The canoncials and amphtml are also correct.
If I go to /amp it redirects to / and not /amp/.
I am suggesting you do that just to test so you can narrow down your issue as to whether it is permalinks, some plugin causing it or W3TC (often creates issues). Then turn it back.
At this point, things look fine as google should not be finding /amp anyway. Your pages are pointing to /amp/ .
It is difficult to know why https://www.tecnologiaegadgets.com/erro-491-google-play-store-como-resolver/amp is 301 redirecting back to a non-amp page. What do you actually have in your htaccess file?

Try adding this to your htaccess and see whether that rewrites the non slash amp url.

RewriteRule ^.*[^/]$ /$0/ [L,R=301]I would ask your hosting provider too if there is something in your php.ini file creating the issue.
Given that url is going to the canonical I don’t think you have a major issue with the behaviour. Your /amp/ is all set up fine anyway.
