AMP Plugin redirect all mobile visitors to AMP version of site or not?

With the help of AMP Plugin Google will Show our site’s AMP Page everytime or not or it will only show when visitor add /amp in the end ? and in my site /amp is working only with Blog posts not with pages
Please check and suggest me solution for same.
