    Hi,

I have activated the Query Parameter for AMP via Reader Mode for pages to include our BuddyPress Groups.

Every URL we have activated works fine and redirects the bbPress forums/topics to a valid AMP page. However, when I check-marked “Pages” to include AMP, the BuddyPress groups have a redirection issue.

For example, when I am on a mobile device and head to the link provided, it will constantly refresh and that page is impossible to navigate. When I go to view it on desktop it disregards the AMP URL, redirects to the canonical URL, and there is no conflict with navigating that page.

Not sure what exactly is going on or how to fix this?

    Thanks and regards,

    Tug

    Hi @milindmore22,

Thank you for your response! I filled out and submitted that form.

Also, over two years ago we had AMP and the suffix was /amp/ I believe. We then got a theme that wasn’t AMP-compatible so we had to create redirects and did it with a plugin.

However, we deleted that plugin shortly after creating the redirects. The only content that doesn’t work with AMP is /groups/*/?amp=1, otherwise, all of the content redirects fine.

We did receive an error via Search Console stating, “Referenced AMP URL is not an AMP”, for the /groups/ content.

If there are redirect rules causing the issue I really have no idea how to go about fixing it.

    Hello @tips4gamers

I am trying to reproduce the issue at my end, but it’s confirmed 301 redirect.(screenshot)

Please check Yost SEO or plugins which provide redirection feature and remove redirection rules if you found any.

Also, I will recommend checking server configurations with your hosting provider.
