AMP URL is showing as blank

I will recommend checking the error log to locate issues. Furthermore, since you are using Newspaper theme by Divi with their mobile plugin which overwrites AMP plugin settings and theme, it will be best to check with Divi theme support as they can guide you better on their plugins and themes.
