AMP Validation Failing

There are many errors when trying to validate the AMP version of the site I’m working on. I don’t know how to fix these issues or why there are so many errors. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve followed all the instructions, and they have not fixed these issues:

I don’t understand where I’m supposed to make these changes without modifying the plugin files. Do I have to create my own php template to override the ones in the plugin or something?
