    Hello.

I am a new user using pages in AMP format.

    I have two small queries:

Should the AMP version be indexed on Google? If so, this would not result in duplicate content between the non-AMP page and the AMP page.

When I do a Google search, both versions appear indexed:

    mysite.com/article1
    mysite.com/article1/amp

Do AMP pages appear in Search Console?

    Thank you.

    Hello @angiefernandez

Thank you for contacting us, regarding your queries

    1. No, it won’t result in duplicate pages, as the Search Console will list AMP pages as versions of the same non-AMP pages and not as different pages.

    2. Yes, the AMP page appears in the search console, but due to technical limitations all pages might not be displayed, you can always search in the Search console using the AMP URL to ensure that your page has been listed.

Since you are just starting with AMP we will recommend checking article How AMP Works

We hope this has helped you understand AMP better!
