Ampersand in Store address

    When the store address contains an ampersand it is displayed at checkout as ‘&’.
    I checked in the store editor and indeed if an ampersand is included in the address, the visual editor shows it OK, but the text editor always shows it as ‘&’.
    Can this be overcome?
