ampersand issue in product names

    Hi Thomas,

    Thank you for this amazing plug-in, I has saved me so much time by creating the dataLayer automatically with your plug-in integration with woocommerce.

    Just a small issue with ampersand(&) being sent to GA with the html entity name for product names when addedToCart as opposite to the other events where the ampersand is sent correctly.

    Example:
    Product Added to Cart:
    Master Sales, Marketing & Customer Service

    Product Removed from Cart:
    Master Sales, Marketing & Customer Service
