ampersand & problem

Thank you for your plugin – it is useful.

I had problem with & – this showing like &038; and like result, redirect not works correctly.

I changes esc_url for esc_url_raw. Now works.
It is correct way? Or I need decide this some other way?
If correct – can you please add this in new version?
