Ampersands support incomplete

    Having an & in a post title (possibly in the body as well, untested) isn’t correctly handled by WordPress’s feed output. It should be replaced by either & or & as in the HTML output.

    My mistake, my XML viewer was automatically changing & to an & the bug I was experiencing was introduced at a later stage by feedreader.
