Amzaon pic and texts under pics and boxes

Hello,
how can I add a picture from Amazon like here via your plugin to my post and have “Advertising” underneath it like: https://gyazo.com/fe2ea8ef026b546f1e1350eaa9066096, or at the bottom under the rating box the text “Rating is based on product data.” like: https://gyazo.com/c043776ebe001374e201c2b9a1fb8716.
Can I do this within the “template” files of your plugin?
