Some accessibility barriers (revised)

This plugin produces timelines that do not conform with web accessibility standards, nor does it produce valid HTML markup – it won’t pass the W3’s automated validation tool’s inspection. Use at your own risk.

Update: 4/14/2024. The developers have made noticeable accessibility improvements to this plugin. Keyboard navigation is much improved, being more consistent and intuitive. The markup it generates still doesn’t pass inspection by W3C’s Nu Html Checker which is not great, but the errors don’t trigger a browser’s quirks mode, which would be much worse for accessibility.

Kudos for the improvements, please keep them coming!
