An additional paragraph is added where -AMAZONPOLLY-ONLYWORD-START- is present

WordPress 5.7 seems to be adding a paragraph (<P></P>) where the following AWS tags are present:

-AMAZONPOLLY-ONLYWORD-START-/-AMAZONPOLLY-ONLYWORD-END-

I guess the same is happening with the tags:

-AMAZONPOLLY-ONLYAUDIO-START-/-AMAZONPOLLY-ONLYAUDIO-END-

This is resulting in empty paragraphs being added to the final rendering. Not a big issue, but it would be nice if it could be fixed ??
