    Please help. I have this message on my google ads account :

    Earnings at risk – You need to fix some ads.txt file issues to avoid severe impact to your revenue.

    and this message on my wordpress:

    Existing Ads.txt file found

    An ads.txt file on the server will take precedence over any content entered here. You will need to rename or remove the existing ads.txt file before you will be able to see any changes you make on this screen.

    So this plugin tries to see if content is returned when going to the /ads.txt path. If so, the warning you get is shown.

    In going to /ads.txt in the URL you provided, I’m getting an error page, which the plugin will interpret as a ads.txt file existing there. This appears to be a server-side issue that will need resolved.

    I am getting this exact same error message. And when I go to the ads.txt URL I get a 404 message. You say there is a server side issue that needs to be resolved. How do I go about doing that on my site?? Not any kind of code guy here, so this is all foreign to me. Thanks in advance for any help.
