An amazing, but still improving WordPress CRM solution!

  • The world of CRMs is sometimes rediculous – Groundhogg is an incredible CRM.

    It’s amazing, and I’m still learning it.

    I’m giving it 4 stars because it’s still new and developing!

    Some key features which I wish it did but doesn’t yet include:
    1. merging contacts which use multiple emails
    2. better tag management (such as sorting tags in the list view, or possibly tag types)
    3. better custom meta/contact information system (support for checkboxes and multi-fields for instance, and better integration with tags for custom information so it’s easy to use in marketing funnels)

    Though I’m still learning and again, I’m thoroughly impressed & highly recommend it!
