That error code means currency is not supported by PayPal. What currency are you using?

now changed on dollar usa and it works,but only on page cart,on page checkout no show button paypal and there show error “Invalid payment method”

I am getting the same error msg. My store currency is in RON – Romanian Lei

The settings are enabled and gives me an error when wanting to continue for the checkout.

Could you help me out with this?

In the future create your own thread please. The currency you’re trying to use is not supported. See here https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/api/currency_codes/#paypal

Its not possible to accept Pay ments In RON? What can I do to make it work ?

@ajeelo – You may add INR in supported list in Standard PayPal checkout and convert money using API during check out process.

Again this process will not work for express checkout.
