• I set up the website with different WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL).
when I try to vote from the site address. It shows me
    “An error has occured!”.
Also, I vote from the WordPress Address (URL)(without login). It shows the same result.

But I vote from the WordPress Address (URL)(with login). It works fine…

What can I do to fix this error?

    Hello

So far we weren’t able to replicate this issue.

Could you send us a link to your page so we can take a look?
You can also email us the link at yop.help{at]gmail.com

    Best Regards,
    YOP Team

    What i tested last:
    1. You vote and the animation for loading stop/freeze/ and the pop-up message: “An error has occured!” with button OK is showing.
    2. After you click OK button, the animation dismiss, but the results votes number is the old one, before the vote.
    3. After refreshing of the page, the vote numbers are the NEW correct one….

    Something… stop the script…maybe.

    sounds like an ajax error.

any chance you can send us the link so we can get the entire error message?

    Best Regards,

I just send you a link on your email.

I’m having trouble with this too – ie I get a popup with the error message when submitting a vote, then it redirects to a page with /undefined at the end of the url. I wonder if it’s related to my installation using a cdn…

I would send you a link but I’m not sure where I can find your email to send it to..sorry I’m new to some of this.

Does no response mean that you didn’t receive my email or that you can’t offer help?

    Hi nhcanton,

We did receive your email. Sorry it took so long to get back to you.

Please edit yop-poll/js/yop-poll-public.js and where you find
type: ‘POST’, replace it with type: ‘GET’, and it should fix the problem.

    Best wishes,
