"An error has occurred." Not Found

Hi, I’m getting an error message and no events are showing up.

The calendar looks fine but at the top of the page I get the message “An error has occurred.” and then a box with “Not Found” in it. Every time I hit the next or previous page, the error message and box get duplicated. So, if I’ve hit the Next button 3 times, then I see 3 error messages. My code on the page is as follows:

I can’t give access to the page because of security issues, but I can give screen shots. Just tell me where to put them or send them.
