An error Internal server error. Stage: heuristic_analysis Contact tech support

Hi, I’m trying to do a malware scan after the notification of security leak from the ACF plugin (I uploaded the new updated version now). And I get this error and it doesn’t finalize the scan. Don’t know what to do.
