an error occured when contacting webservice

    Hello, I am getting the following error when I try to optimize my pictures from the backend an error occurred when contacting webservice I have contacted my hosting company and they have opened up fopen that did not resolve the issue.

    I am using software version 0.3.11. Can you advise on a fix for this issue?
