an error occured when contacting webservice

    Hello, I am getting the following error when I try to optimize my pictures from the backend an error occurred when contacting webservice I have contacted my hosting company and they have opened up fopen that did not resolve the issue.

    I am using software version 0.3.11. Can you advise on a fix for this issue?

    We’ve got a pretty big issue with our servers, beginning two weeks ago, and especially today. Everything should be fine right now. Keep us updated if you experience any problem.
