  • Seems that neither bulk or all pictures optimization works… Last time worked properly was 10 of August as i see from the last picture i uploaded. Iam pretty sure that it has to do with the latest update you released…

    Hi guys,

    We had issues yesterday, that will be definitely solved by the end of the week. Currently the API is working properly. Have you still the issue ?
    If you have the probleme, have you an error in your PHP log file ?

    Any feedback from you would be appreciated ??

    Hi Menuandroid,

    If the plugin has never worked for you, I suggest that you have some incompatibilities with the plugin. Please ask your hosting provider if they could provide you the PHP Error log output It could be really helpful for your problem, it would help us to find out what’s wrong.
    It’s mainly due to a requirement missing (PHP extension “CURL” or specific instruction disabled such as allow_url_fopen.

    When you’ll have these error files, feel free to copy/paste them here, and we’ll try to help ??

    Used to work fine….

    some feedback:
    disabled plugin W3 Total Cache and reran optimization. It completed fine this time. Then just re-enabled W3 Total Cache again.

    I guess it does not like caching plugins…
