• Hi,

I’ve installed new theme called WPJobus and it has a front-end page that enables a subscriber user to upload images and files. However, every-time I try to upload a file or an image via the “front-end only” I get the error “An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later”
And then I get logged out automatically.

I tried very hard to believe that this is a theme issue or a wordpress issue and I invaded the support forum of the theme with tickets to help me solve the issue that drove me nuts. However I’ve been in contact with many other people who bought the theme and they didn’t have this issue.
I’ve tried 1000 times to find a solution for this but didn’t find one till now.

So I decided to ask you guys if this has to do with anything related to PHP or the server or probably SSL?

Do you have any clue what this is happening? the theme developer tested and did many things to make it work but he wasn’t able to.

This is a screen-shot from the Internet of the same error:

    Thanks!

    – Unfortunately, your currently used theme is not in the www.ads-software.com/themes/ directory:
    https://www.ads-software.com/themes/search/WPJobus/

    – These forums are for free themes available in the WordPress theme directory at www.ads-software.com/themes/. So please contact the developer/vendor directly for support with your question. You’ll be more likely to find a good answer from them, for they have the access to its code. Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial/custom products, so they would not know why your /custom/commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. The developers/vendors are responsible for supporting their custom/commercial product. See https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Forum_Welcome#Commercial_Products

    Hi Tara,

The theme developer didn’t know the problem. He thinks it might be wordpress problem, that’s why I posted it here. I mentioned the theme name as it might help to figure the issue out.
