An error occurred in WooCommerce Services. Shipping Zone failed

    All day yesterday was a mess 1st my Jetpack and WooCommerce Services stop working,, got Jetpack to work finally after dealing with hosting, WooCommerce Services was still having issues giving me “WooCommerce Services Data Service data was found, but is more than three days old

    “Services.. Hosting was able to finally fix that issue this morning, but still getting a “An error occurred in WooCommerce Services. Details are logged here.”

    when i click here i am now getting this red line error

    “USPSUnited States (US) Shipping Zone
    The most recent rate request failed
    Request was made 26 minutes ago – check logs below or edit service settings”

    So I click over, mind you I haven’t made any changes to shipping rates setting before the Jetpack fail this started to happen yesturday at 4am…
    either way my orders shipping rates in shopping cart are not working and no one can complete orders because shipping is down.

    So when i go to shipping rate setting nothing different in my setting everything is good, so just to see, i check off one of the rates to test and click save and now I get this error

    “Unable to update service settings. Validation failed. Error: The WooCommerce Services server returned HTTP code: 0”

    So even if I wanted to make a change I can’t.
    Please advise, I been chasing one plug in issue after the other for 2 days.

    I ment to inclued thos running WooComm Version 3.5.0
    WooComm Service Version 1.17.1 (which actually updated yesterday while I was having Jetpack issues) wonder if that is an issue or not

    BTW the site was up and running before the 3.5 WooComm update, so this website should have been grandfathered in for live rates, the live rates where still working on Oct 25th before Jetpack stopped working. I have tried to place ticket in off woocommerce.com but it keeps telling me i have to verify my email.. which i did and i log out and back in and still i get the same message, so can’t place a support ticket. Please anyone need help here, I’m not a programmer or anything, but I’m savvy enough to take directions and ask questions. Thanks

    Hi @newmoongvn

    From your logs I see that your site has problems connecting to our server.

    Could you try disabling other plugins and themes except for WooCommerce, Jetpack and WooCommerce Services and see if the problem still persists? If it does, the issue might be with your hosting services and you might have to contact them.

    Well I had WooCommerce Services disabled Sunday and did a rate shipping table in place for shipping all day yesterday, this morning just to see i enabled WooCommerce Services and now it is working.. weird, Not sure what fixed it. But it all now working like it was before.
