    Hi,

    created a shortcode form, put an email, clicked subscribe now,

    reply is “An error occurred. Try again.”

    any idea how this is supposed to work ?

    Seems like the correct database tables are missing. Try creating a subscriber from your admin backend and confirm if that works.

    If it doesn’t, uninstall the reinstall the plugin.
