an error occurred when contacting webservice. please try again later

  • Hi,
    I’ve been trying to optimise my media library on a WordPress-provided website for 5 days, but any effort was unsuccessful.
    The error message is always the same:
    AN ERROR OCCURRED WHEN CONTACTING THE WEB SERVICE.

    WordPress Support told me this depends on Resmush.

    Please could you give me some indications to fix it?
