An error occurred while installing your license key

    I’m having problems installing the Free License in version 7.9.0.

    I have already generated two license keys but when I go to configure the key, it shows this message:

    “An error occurred while installing your license key”

    How can I resolve this?

  • I’m having also the same issue installing the Free License in version 7.9.0.

    I just found the solution, you have to change in Settings at WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) from http to https.

    And that’s all, after adding the License key to wordfence it completed the installation successfully .
