    I’ve got this error every time. I have tried plugin reset, reinstall, cache removal, and other plugin removals also and can’t understand what the problem is. help, please.

    Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

    Are you using any plugin or code to modify the WordPress dashboard URL?

    I see your Ajax request is getting a 302 redirect https://monosnap.com/file/0B5dBwiTW6M1hGyU6znYNrrPBmbgJM

    When I checked the URL I see it is not the default /wp-admin/

    Oh Yes

    I’m using Hide My WP and I have tried to roll back to the /wp-admin dashboard link. now it worked.

    every plugin uses the admin dashboard URL dynamically, so that’s bad if the error’s reason is just the admin dashboard URL
