Where on the site do you have the form having the issue?

I tried to install the WP Test Email plugin and an email wasnt able to sent.

Could this be a host issue?

As you replied me to check FAQ and fix the as showed, I found issue, the problem is mail failure (because its red box error), but in the setting up mail instruction (Setting up mail | Contact Form 7) there is fields ”to” and ”from”. Ok – for ”to” field we must define it as our reciever mail (my website domain mail), but for ”from” field why we need to define it with again our domain mail??? I mean went somebody from another country, city or person fill this form with name and etc… and define his own mail (it can be gmail, another company mails or etc), I dont know I confused a little. I cant figured out please guide how to fix it!

Why does the email address in the From field have to belong to the site domain?

This settings are setted, whats wrong with them, I rewrite to you a problem – when, from my website (onankimya.com.tr) someone want to send a message after filling contact form the error message appears – red box with ”An error occurred while sending your message. Please try again later.” message. Could you please help!
