An error occurred while your plugin was running and displaying the hreflang tag

On 3 of our sites there is an error with your plugin when the TranslatePress plugin works together.
What is the error:
Your plugin specifically for pages created using Page in WordPress interferes with the hreflang tag, so that it translates its url into another language, there is no error when you disable your plugin.
Let me give you a specific example:

For a page translated into Spanish https://boatlifemagazine.com/es/terminos-y-condiciones/ (the default on the site is English) and with your hreflang plugin enabled, this is (with errors):

The error is that the url is translated into Spanish where it should be English.

With your hreflang plugin disabled, the page is like this (this one is correct):

I think that one of the plugin settings, and you have a lot of them, can affect this error.
