    There is an error that sometimes cause my site an 502 gateway error (or maybe is 502 gateway is not related to this plugin).

    Hello @extrano,

    Thank you for reporting this issue. However, I’m unable to reproduce it on a test site. Is there any setting missing?

    Also, could you please verify if this is related to your PHP version? For this, downgrade your PHP version to 7+ in your staging site.
    We haven’t have similar reports, but it would help us to lead our research.

    We’ll continue investigating from our side. If we have any news, we will update here.

    Hello Andrés,

    Thank you for your reply.

    I will downgrade to PHP 7.4 (deprecated and unsupported anymore) and will see if the error occurs again.

    Honestly, I hope your team will work on this plugin to fix some potential bugs because, next week there will be a new version of WooCommerce (7.6.0) were compatibility needs to be checked and approved.

    Thank you very much for your feedback Extrano. So far, I’m not entire sure if it is PHP related, but it worth to give it a try.
    Keep in mind that it also can occurs because a third party interaction as we are not able to obtain the same error. Did you check the test website provided and our setup?

    Regarding the new WooCommerce version coming, we evaluate monthly their changelogs and run a candidate release through our automated tests. We also run some manual tests when needed.

    Hey Andrés,

    Yes, checked the test site.. Everything is OK.

    Unfortunately, I can’t find where the problem is. I am using Hostgator hositing, which is quite good in features.

    I will contact the hosting support to check whether the problem it’s from their side.
