    In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, WPForms Lite.

    Hi Ralden, yes it seems to be a problem with either the hydrogen and gantry5 theme as tested on other installs and similar problem, when I save the template page settings it throws this error but not under the other saved settings.
