  • Same issue here! (Using WordPress 5.9 and Rank Math Pro).

Issue did not appear until WordPress upgraded to version 5.9

I issued a ticket to Rank Math support, when I receive a reply that can be publicly posted, I’ll add it here to help others with this same error. Thanks.

This is what Rank Math told me to do…

We have identified this issue with the instant indexing from our latest update. To fix this, please deactivate/disable the instant indexing plugin temporarily on your site.

Our development team is already working to resolve this and we would really appreciate your kind patience regarding this matter.

When I receive anything else, I’ll add it here.

Thanks @htgmwcom yeah I already deactivated the plugin.

I’m having the same issue on my site. Seems like the new update of RM and the updated Bing instant index. As deactivate this plugin doesn’t have the Bing feature which is where line 400 starts and then the error

    Same error when update Prodouct!

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Please update Rank Math & Instant Indexing API plugins to the latest versions to fix the issue.

Clear the caches and ensure everything is updated to the latest versions.

    Hope that helps.

    @rankmathteam Thank you. Done!

Now the Bing settings are gone. API stats no longer display, and there’s nowhere for me to enter a new Bing API key (or see the existing settings for Bing).

Is this just me? (I did clear the cache, etc.)

Is that being re-added in the next update?

    Thank you.

    Hello @htgmwcom

The new IndexNow feature does not require any configuration at all.

You can read all about it here:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-use-indexnow/

    Hope that helps. Thank you.

    @rankmathteam Terrific! Thank you! ??

    Hello @htgmwcom

    Glad that helped.

If it isn’t too much to ask for – would you mind leaving us a review here?
    https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/seo-by-rank-math/reviews/#new-post

It only takes a couple of minutes but helps us tremendously.

It would mean so much to us and would go a really long way.

    Thank you.??

I have tried the solution above by updating Rank math and the Google Instant Indexing Plugin BUT I’m still encountering the same ERRORS as above.

When I click on Submit URL on the IndexNow option, The Error it returns as response is “Error Undefined”.

The Raw Response Returned is as follows:

    “status”: 500,
    “statusText”: “Internal Server Error”

From all indications, the Instant Indexing Plugin is working very well for the “Google Submit Url” BUT the Bing Submission(IndexNow) is what is throwing the above Errors.

Also I observed that when I deactivate the Google Instant Indexing Plugin, the Bing submission API Plugin starts working separately.

Please kindly assist me to resolve this urgently.

    Thanks

    Hello @bestscholars

It seems to be working fine on our end.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins, themes, and WordPress (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

You can follow this video tutorial as well:

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

P.S. Please open a new support topic here so we can assist you better:
