An error of type E_PARSE was caused in line 122 of the file /home/********/public_html/wp-content/plugins/code-snippets/php/class-contextual-help.php. Error message: syntax error, unexpected ‘)’

I get the following error on a fresh install of the Code Snippets plugin. I can access the settings page, but nothing else. (Everything else leads to the ‘There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.’

I can see similar errors listed here but apparently fixed in the last version but nothing on this error. Any advice?

    Thanks

PS: Neither of the safe mode methods works to allow access.

This should be patched in version 3.0.1. Thank you for reporting!

@serranospc yours is a separate issue; please create a new thread for it.

Error happened just before the plugin update earlier today. I can’t access the codes to cancel just this one and I’m not a programmer. I wouldn’t want to delete the plugin and lose the other codes that work fine.

I temporarily disabled the plugin until they can help me with the solution.

@serranospc once again, yours is a separate issue. I can help you out when you create a new topic to discuss it.
