An excellent product … I’ve never had support this good.

In a very short period of time this company won my loyalty. The product is really good. They maintain it well. I haven’t had any conflicts with other plugins or themes.

They respond to support tickets quickly and they go the extra distance to make sure you’re happy. As a professional web designer, responsive support is critical to my business. I have no patience for sluggish, unhelpful support.

Here’s an example of a support response I got from Beaver Addons, where I was asking for some specific functionality.

“Hello Jordan,

The “exclude” functionality is now available in BB 1.10 and we will be adding the same to Content Grid as well.
But, you will need to select the page in the settings to be excluded.
This won’t be an automatic functionality.

Note the last comment in bold “Will that work for you?” … Case in point, they really do care about their customers!
