    Hi there,

    I use your plugin for my students to listen to the pronunciation of French words. I have more than 2000 mp3 on my LMS. Since the last update, it shows: “An HTTP error occurred during file retrieval. Error Code: 403”. Do you know how to fix this problem?

    I confirm I’m using the version 1.9.12.

    Thank you for sharing the shortcode. I carried out a test in my dev site using the following shortcode and got the same error as you did above.

    [sc_embed_player fileurl="https://onlinefrenchteacher.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/oui.mp3"]

    When I check the physical URL to the audio file your sever gave me the same error. This means that your server is blocking access to the file’s URL. You need to speak to your host about this issue. Find out why the server gives a 403 Access to this resource on the server is denied! message.

    Thanks a lot for your quick feedback. I don’t know why this problem occurred when I updated your plugin but I could resolved it with my server.
