An IP was denied more than a thousand times but not banned somehow

    I’m using the version 8.9.6 and I sometimes see this kind of activities.

    That IP address tried about 1300 form submissions in a couple of hours and I can see the text on the right says “IP address is locked out”. But I wonder how it had been going on like that for hours while each attempt says the IP is locked out.

    Also, sometimes there’s an IP address that probes for vulnerable codes for more than ten times and gets denied but not banned. Like this https://prnt.sc/5G9vMVVaNMw1

    I checked my configuration but I couldn’t find any settings to configure about these attempts.

    Any suggestions?
