An Issue with Permalinks

I recently migrated a site from my dev server over to a live server – https://www.gofishcam.dreamhosters.com/

The site was loading ok, the home page at least. Other pages were throwing a 500 error.

Assuming a permalink issue, and needing to reset them. I modified the database table to –

/%pagename%/%postname%/

Did it via phpMyAdmin as I was unable to log into the backend.

Now I am getting a server 500 error on the home page as well.

Any ideas?

wp_debug is showing no info.
