    To answer your question, yes, you can use shortcodes inside of the tabs. e.g.

    
[tabs]
[tab title="Tab 1"]
Some content
[/tab]
[tab title="Weather"]
[weather location="New York"]
[/tab]
[/tabs]

    (assuming you have a shortcode named [weather])
