An outbound link plugin?

I’m looking for a plugin that can basically redirect all my outbound links through a php script, in order to make it a little less obvious that some of those links are affiliate urls. Tracking outbound links would be cool too, but I just want the plugin to be fairly efficient and easy to install.

Any one have experience with this? Thanks.
