    This is not an issue with the www.ads-software.com servers.

    This particular problem is because your server is misconfigured and doesn’t have the ability to resolve things via DNS. The error messages tell you exactly this:

    Could not resolve host: sundarbanprotidin.com

    Could not resolve host: api.www.ads-software.com

    “Could not resolve host” means that your site cannot use DNS to convert from the domain name to the IP address to make the connection. Your host needs to fix the server to have working DNS.
