• hi

When I change new service provider
    after that add new plugin

An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.ads-software.com or this server’s configuration

Could any help me to solve my problem ?

    is it resolv.conf caused ?

Despite how it sounds, that typically means that the server is running an out of date version of OpenSSL.

The current version is 1.0.2e, so I recommend asking your hosting provider what version is active on your current server (don’t ask them if it’s the latest, specifically ask them which version).

Hm, I do see everything I should be seeing, unless I’m glancing over anything, it is a bit late.

While on the one hand I think OpenSSL 1.0.1 shouldn’t be a problem, 1.0.1e was released in 2013.

Would you be able to update that to 1.0.2e?

    Thread Starter longfit

    (@longfit)

i upgraded and openssl version shown 1.0.2e

    [root@iZ945g1cs9cZ openssl-1.0.2e]# openssl version
    OpenSSL 1.0.2e 3 Dec 2015

    (@macmanx)

Your info is still showing 1.0.1e.

    Restart Apache and/or just PHP?

    Thread Starter longfit

    (@longfit)

i have restart the server two times.

ok Now stop server and boot again

    Moderator James Huff

    (@macmanx)

Ok, if done properly, the OpenSSL section in your phpinfo should no longer list “OpenSSL 1.0.1e-fips 11 Feb 2013”.

    Thread Starter longfit

    (@longfit)

    still openssl version shown 1.0.2e
    but info.php shown

    Apache/2.4.10 (Unix) OpenSSL/1.0.1e-fips mod_fastcgi/2.4.6
