An unexpected error occurred with WordPress 3.4.1

Hi,

I have installed a new version on web server. After installation when I try to search Theme or any Plugin in admin site Its give me the Error

“An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.ads-software.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.“

I re-install again but the problem still exist.

Could any one help me Please.
