    I’m trying to connect my Woo iPhone app to my website with woocommerce plugin installed, which fails. In further investigations, none of the plugins or the theme is blocking this. My test-site is reachable ans has no issues connecting the Woo app.

    I ran into the Jetpack installation and in the debug tool, it tells me: An unknown error has occurred. Not much of a help…. But testing all the other items in the troubleshooting guide does not help me any further.

    What other things could I possible do, to remove the “unknown error” and to connect the Woo app to my website and shop.

    Hi there!

    Looks like there are some connection issues on your site. Could you please try disconnecting and reconnecting Jetpack to see if that helps?
