• Hi. Is it possible to do an analysis of the rendered html? My situation is about a third of my content is in widgets, dynamically generated based on tags. This makes it easier to update certain repeating content, but seo analysis doesn’t consider everything.

  • I agree that Yoast’s analysis can be inaccurate if you have additional content, links etc in sidebar widgets and other plugin modules such as product sliders. It would be an improvement if the analysis considered that page as a whole, but can’t see this being possible without Yoast having to render the complete page in it’s own browser.

This isn’t something I would envision happening on the edit screen, but rather the admin bar while viewing the page in my browser. It might run all the same checkups. There might already be a browser plugin that does this, but having one from Yoast would be nice for consistency.

A Yoast Page Analysis Browser or Browser Plugin sounds a good idea. I hope Yoast considers this as their existing analysis tools are becoming less useful on the more complex WordPress themes.
