    Hi,
On my e-commerce is missing the analysis tab with all the statistics.
I’m using the latest version of WordPress and WooCommerce.

If I go to woocommerce>Reports it says that since the 5.3 version the reports are moved to the Analysis tab. if I click on the link it says “you haven’t the permission to access this page”. (I am the only admin of the site)

how can I solve this problem?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi there,

If you have any Woo Commerce extensions I would recommend disabling them one by one to see if they are causing the issue.

    Thanks.

    Hi @checchiadesign

If it’s not showing the Analytics dashboard, there may be a conflict causing this.

If it’s showing no information, try going to WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Clear analytics cache > Click Clear.
Then check again the analytics report.

If it’s still not working, check under WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions to see if any stuck processes are preventing the updated information from importing.

If that still doesn’t get the data to appear, or if you can’t get to the dashboard at all, it may be caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin like @whoudini suggested. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Check if the analytics tab is displaying
    • If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each until you find the one causing conflict.

You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Hi @checchiadesign,

Can you please go to WooCommerce ? Settings ? Advanced ? Features and check if the Analytics checkbox is enabled?

    Hi @rainfallnixfig
That’s it! Your advice solved the problem thank you so much!

I still have one issue now: if I go in the Analytics section all the data are set to 0 sold products, 0 income etc.

How can I make the plugin update this data with my history of sell?

    Hello,

if I go in the Analytics section all the data are set to 0 sold products, 0 income etc.

Please go to your dashboard under Analitycs > settings > Import historical data do a click on start, and allow some time for it to process. Then check again.
