    Hello,
when i try to load my woocommerce statistics it shows me a big purple warning sign with an exclamation mark and the error test:
“An error occurred while retrieving your statistics. Please try again.”

The console shows me “CORS failed” and “NS_ERROR_DOM_BAD_URL”

Any common solutions for that problem?
How does this come out of nowhere?

Thanks for your time and help!

  • Hi @mofenx,

Typically, error messages this like this points to an issue with making the API call to retrieve report data.

The most common culprits are caching and security plugins/configurations.
Could you please let me know if you have any caching/security plugin installed?

I’d recommend temporarily deactivating them and testing to see if that resolves the issue. (The issue would likely be caused by one of the above plugins, so I’d recommend deactivating one and testing to see if the issue persists before deactivating the other)

Let me know what you find so I can help further.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
