    Hi there,

I’ve run a successful scan and merged the cookies found in the scan to the Cookies List, which includes the following Analytics cookies:

    sbjs_current_add, sbjs_current, sbjs_first_add, sbjs_first, sbjs_migrations, sbjs_session, sbjs_udata

Despite Analytics cookies being disabled when visiting the site in incognito mode, they appear to still be in use.

Additionally, adding an additional Analytics cookie for ‘mailchimp_landing_site’ does not block this cookie from being used.

I have cleared caches, and see these cookies listed in the popup on the frontend.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

    Hi @simonlayfield,

Kindly ensure that you have added the script of these cookies via this plugin categories only. Refer the setup guide here.

If this analytics tracking is done via some other plugin or theme, it won’t be blocked directly, in which case you can try our premium version plugin.

    Thanks for the response.

We’re now trialling the premium version, and the previously mentioned cookies are found in the initial scan and added to the ‘Manage Cookies’ section.

However, when rejecting all cookies and then navigating the site these cookies are still used.

Is there a way to ensure they don’t get used when cookies are rejected in addition to them being discovered in the scan?

    Thanks

    Hi @simonlayfield,

Please refer to the guide here and set up the script blocker to block cookies with the premium version. Kindly submit the premium version-related queries here.
