    Hi everyone,
I installed Site Kit last week but no data is collected through Analytics.
I have this message for a week now: Analytics data is not yet available, please check back later.
I understand that it can take some time but Analytics is still empty when I check the real-time page while I’m on the website.
I checked that the tag is set on the website, and it is. I tried to uninstall and install again Site kit but it didn’t change anything.
What can I do to fix this issue?
    Thank you for your help.

Thanks for opening a support topic, hopefully we’ll determine the cause. From checking your site I can see that valid Analytics tracking code has been placed on your site and they do seem to be firing when I check tagassistant.google.com. I suspect it’s just a case of something blocking reporting from your wp-admin panel.

In order to determine any possible cause please share the following information:

    1. Do you see any Analytic data for that same connected property at analytics.google.com? (Not specifically the real time report)
    2. Are you able to view any traffic when checking from a Chrome browser incognito window?

I also notice some optimizations performed on your site, with some plugins also performing optimizations from the admin panel, which may be impacting reporting. Once we have the above information we can troubleshoot further.

I understand that it can take some time but Analytics is still empty when I check the real-time page while I’m on the website.

If you’re trying to track your own visits to your site using the real time report please ensure you’re visiting your site while not logged in. Alternatively change the default Site Kit configuration to include logged in users. After doing so you’ll find your own site visits recording using the real time report.

    Thank you for your answer.
Here is the information you ask about:

    – Do you see any Analytic data for that same connected property at analytics.google.com? (Not specifically the real time report)

=> I have no data at all in Analytics at analytics.google.com

    – Are you able to view any traffic when checking from a Chrome browser incognito window?

=> I wasn’t until now, but I can finally see it in the real-time report when I’m on the website. So I guess it’s working and I have no traffic yet?

Could you tell me which plugins can impact the reporting?

Thanks for the update. Good to hear you can now see traffic using the Analytics real time report.

Back to your Site Kit dashboard if you have no data for this site at analytics.google.com – who you mentioned this is most likely the cause. Having said that you just need minimal traffic, so I can keep this support topic open and check with you next week to confirm all is working as expected.

Could you tell me which plugins can impact the reporting?

I don’t suspect there are plugins resulting in non reporting of data. When you mentioned there is no traffic for this site this may indicate the messaging within Site Kit is correct, as there is no data yet available.

I can check with you next week to confirm all is working as expected.

Great to hear it, many thanks for the update. If you have any further questions be sure to get in touch, and if you have a moment free we’d love to hear how you’re finding the plugin so far.
